Birthday Bash
In 2025, we had our 30th anniversary in business and to celebrate we hosted the event ‘The Big Bash & Dash’. The Bash kicked off at our workshop with a BBQ, raffle, silent auction, and a behind‑the‑scenes look into our operations. As Suzuki specialists, the event drew a turnout from long‑time customers, filling Elgee Road with an impressive lineup of Zooks. The Dash followed as a convoy down Great Eastern Highway to the Mundaring Powerlines track, putting rigs to work and memories in the making. Most importantly, all proceeds supported 20Talk, funding mental health education and early‑intervention support for young adults.
30 Years of Keeping Zooks Alive
4WD Partshop proudly marked 30 years in the Australian 4WD industry in 2025. Our journey began in 1995 as a small Perth-based car wrecker, where hands-on experience and a growing passion for Suzuki vehicles shaped our future. As our knowledge grew, so did our vision — leading to Suzistore and the launch of our first online store in 2001. Today, as 4WD Partshop, we support 4WD enthusiasts nationwide with quality parts and expert advice, whilst also maintaining our roots as a Suzuki Specialist.
The Bash
The Bash delivered beyond anything we imagined, we were blown away by the rigs that rolled in, the kind words shared, and the overwhelming support from our community. In the lead up to the Bash, our team worked tirelessly from cleaning the workshop to organising activities and on the day volunteering to ensure everything ran smoothly on the day. With a sausage sizzle, raffle, Silent Auction, Custom Merch, VIP show bags, Show n shine, and even 100 4WD cookies – the atmosphere was electric. It was an insane amount of work, and it all paid off as all the proceeds went to the charity 20Talk.

The Dash
The Dash continued the celebration onto the tracks, with a convoy rolling out from the workshop at 2pm toward the Mundaring Powerlines track. Seeing so many Zooks lined up ready to tackle the ‘Wombat Holes’, whether an avid off-roader or first timers, it was amazing to watch everyone enjoying the day together, it was a highlight none of us will forget. And for those hard-core 4wding fanatics, well they carried on the track until 7:30pm! What started as an ambitious idea became a powerful reminder of what’s possible with an incredible community behind you. The turnout and energy were nothing short of amazing, perfectly capturing what owning a Suzuki is all about.
Supporting 20Talk
Supporting 20Talk was an easy choice for us. What started as two mates turning tragedy and shared personal loss into purpose has grown into a powerful movement focused on mental health education and early intervention for young adults. Based in Perth, Western Australia, their dedication has created a meaningful force for change, helping young people build awareness, resilience, and practical mental health skills before they reach a point of crisis. Read more about their story from their interview with Highs & Lows for their ‘Community Always’ series here.
The automotive and trade industries can be mentally tough and often isolating. Long days, pressure, and working solo can take their toll, and we see that firsthand. For many of us, it’s getting out on the tracks and camping with mates on a long weekend that reconnects us. In total, the Bash & Dash event raised $7,012.15 for 20Talk, supporting vital mental health education and early‑intervention programs for young adults.

The Zook Community
The Big Bash & Dash was a true celebration of the Zook community that has supported 4WD Partshop for the past 30 years. From long‑time customers and familiar faces to new members of the Suzuki scene, the turnout and support were incredible. Seeing Elgee Road lined with Zooks was a powerful reminder that this journey has always been about more than vehicles.
We’re deeply thankful to the sponsors who have backed us over the years, as well as the wider 4WDing community members who volunteered their time, shared their knowledge, and lent a hand to make the event run smoothly. Together, this incredible community raised vital funds for 20Talk, proving once again that helping each other, hitting the tracks together, and giving back when it matters most is what owning a Suzuki is all about. We’re proud to be part of this special community and grateful to everyone who made the Big Bash & Dash unforgettable.
