In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with the incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from the supplier or manufacturer, 4WD Partshop shall have the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for product/s listed at the incorrect price. We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, specifications, images, and pricing are accurate. However, errors may occasionally occur. Product availability, specifications, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue products or limit quantities at any time.
Product Fitment & Limitation of Liability
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure products are suitable for their vehicle and intended application before purchase.
While we make every effort to provide accurate fitment information, customers should verify compatibility prior to ordering. 4WD Partshop is not responsible for costs associated with incorrect fitment, installation, removal, labour, diagnostics, vehicle downtime, or damage resulting from improper installation, misuse, modification, or use outside the manufacturer’s specifications.

Cancellations
Any New parts order which is awaiting payment can be canceled with 4WD Part Shop with no charge to the customer. Once an order is in processing, pre shipping or completed there can be no cancellation. Please ensure your order is correct after it has been confirmed and before transferring your payment. Credit may be provided via loyalty points or refund into your account.
Prices
All prices displayed on our website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise specified. All prices listed in our website, advertisement and/or catalogue do not include shipping and handling charges. Upon the placement of your order the total cost will be provided including shipping and handling charges. Prices do not include shipping and handling charges International orders may also be subject to taxes, customs duties, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
