Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with the incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from the supplier or manufactuer, 4WD Part Shop shall have the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for product/s listed at the incorrect price.
Cancellations
Any New parts order which is awaiting payment can be canceled with 4WD Part Shop with no charge to the customer. Once an order is in processing, pre shipping or completed there can be no cancellation. Please ensure your order is correct after it has been confirmed and before transferring your payment. Credit may be provided via loyalty points or refund into your account.
Prices
All prices listed in our website, advertisement and/or catalog do not include shipping and handling charges. All prices and descriptions are subject to change without notice. Upon the placement of your order the total cost will be provided including shipping and handling charges. Prices do not include any additional taxes or duty that may apply on entry to your country.
Terms & Conditions
The placement and purchase of an order with 4WD Part Shop constitute the acknowledgement and acceptance of all the terms and conditions listed below. 4WD Part Shop reserves the right to make changes to its website and terms and conditions at any time.
Returns, All returns must be notified within 7 days of receipt of goods and must be accompanied by a copy of the delivery docket or invoice – Claims for credit cannot be accepted without prior notice – Freight charges for goods returned will not be credited – Non stock and electrical items will not be accepted for return or credit – In order for items to be considered for return or exchange they must be returned in the condition to which they were sold, unused, unfitted (unless warranty claim) and all original packaging must be included.
Goods returned 15-30 days after the purchase date will incur a 15% restocking fee. Returns will not be accepted after 30 days from invoice date.
4WD Part Shop reserves the right to repair items where possible and return without issuing a credit note.
Under Australian Consumer Laws, we are not required to accept returns and offer exchange or refunds on items due to incorrect choice or change of mind.
In the event that the part has failed under correct fitment, normal use and has been proven faulty, either a replacement part or a refund will be issued at no cost to the buyer
The first course of action should be to contact us. We may ask you to supply a photograph of the faulty item to ascertain the circumstances for the warranty claim.
This is to allow the correct information to be supplied to the manufacturer in regards to your claim.
The manufacturer may also require that the part be returned and forms be filled in. Again, this is just to assist you.
Warranty on most parts are with the manufacturer. (ie: Electrical Parts)
