Suzuki Vitara SV420 2.0 litre J20A motor upgrade to a H27A 2.7 litre Grand Vitara XL7 motor. This conversion was one of our more challenging jobs, starting with removing all the existing motor, gearbox, wiring harness, this meant removing the complete dash. The problems started with tyring to integrate a wiring harness from a type 1 SV620 to a Type 2 SV420. Parts used H27A motor, SV620 wiring harness & ECU, SV620 gearbox, injection manifold, throttle body SV620, Injectors SV620, Extractors H25A modified. 

The end result on this 4WD Part Shop custom work job was a very impressive SWB Vitara.
